6th Degree Black Belt in Karate | 3rd Degree Black Belt in Combatives Jujitsu

Sensei Shawnie has been training in the martial arts since 1992. As a U.S. Army veteran, she brings discipline, leadership, and a real-world self-defense perspective to her teaching. Shawnie has devoted her martial arts career to helping women, children, teens, and adults build confidence, character, self-defense skills, and practical life skills that extend far beyond the dojo.

Sensei Tom loves teaching practical self-defense and has a unique way of making lessons clear, memorable, and fun. His teaching helps students build confidence, understanding, and skills they can use both on and off the mat.

1st Degree Black Belt in Karate | 2nd Degree Black Belt in Combatives Jujitsu

Sensei Teagan has been training since she was 3 years old and has grown into a skilled competitor and dedicated instructor. She has represented Team AFK and Team USA in Sport Jujitsu, earning Grand Champion titles and helping Team USA win gold. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, discipline, and strong martial arts fundamentals. She is also a volunteer firefighter and certified EMT.

Sensei Kyle has been training since he was 10 years old and has grown into a strong martial artist, competitor, and instructor. He has represented Team AFK and Team USA in Sport Jujitsu, earning Grand Champion titles and helping Team USA win gold. He enjoys helping students build skill, confidence, and character.
